Calcium deficiency
A lady of 65 was complaining of sleeplessness/insomnia since many years in spite of taking sleeping pills regularly...many face this problem..
Actually aging factor seeps in after 30 years...
We found that calcium deficiency is the main reason for this health issue is just because the calcium incurred by other food intake gets drained, body is not able to retain.
Regular intake of one simple orange or Mosambi(grapefruit) - whole fruit, not juice-
can solve this problem.
These fruits have their own calcium & also help bring in & also retain the calcium received from other food consumed.
This increases the ratio of calcium in the body & thereby helps improve sleep on daily basis.
Also intake of sesame seeds-til- black or white, raw, not roasted- along with cummin/jeera.., a teaspoon after each meal supplied additional calcium.
150 gms. Of Curry leaves(kadi patha, kauveppilai) consumed during the day also helps. Make chutney..
Consume by adding it to roti-dough, rice or in ur own way..
A person whose name I forgot, nearly Of 70 year old...thanked me..said he listened the lecture regarding kadipatha(karuveppilai).. followed instruction & this has improved his otherwise week teeth. Rejuvenated, surprising but not unbelievable, as the calcium has helped here.
Everyday, sitting in the sun, bathing in Sunday’s..
morning before 10 am & evening 5pm
Cucumber, drumsticks,cauliflower leaves, any green leafy veggies etc have ample calcium too.
Please include a variation of the above mentioned items in your regular intake of different meals in decent portions that will help improve general health, immunity..
